Our Closed-Loop Solution

Our LoopUp initiative turns post-consumer waste into high-quality new products through a fully traceable circular system.

  • It starts with local post-consumer waste collected by trusted, certified partners like GAIA, CIBUTEX. Their expertise in sorting by material type lays the groundwork for large-scale, high-quality recycling.
  • We then process the sorted materials through mechanical or chemical recycling, transforming them into high-performance fibers.
  • The fibers are spun into yarns and used to produce durable, low-impact garments and institutional textiles.
  • To further reduce environmental impact and enhance product longevity, customers can opt for add-on Gentle cotton pre-treatment like Fibre52® and Better Fresh® by Livinguard, which reduce odor and washing frequency.
  • When our products reach the end of their life, they’re ready to re-enter the cycle again, closing the loop.

The entire process, from collection to finished textile, is designed for durability, transparency, and circularity.

Rütex 360

Chemical Recycling - SaXcell

SaXcell is a high-quality chemically recycled fiber made from post-consumer cotton waste. The fiber is RCS-certified, which makes the composition and origin of the fiber fully transparent.

Why Chemical Recycling?

Unlike mechanical recycling, chemical recycling preserves the cellulose quality of the fibers, enabling stronger, finer, and durable fibers. It also allows for better dye uptake and lower environmental impact by removing contaminants more efficiently. SaXcell fibers can be recycled again multiple times.

Environmental Impact Benefits

By skipping the farming stage, recycled fibers significantly reduce water and land use. Still, SaXcell fibers offer lower energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, even with the added recycling process.
