LoopUp is RÜTEX 360’s dedicated initiative for developing closed-loop circular solutions in the textile industry. With a strong focus on traceability, longevity, and environmental responsibility, LoopUp transforms discarded European post-consumer textiles into new, high-quality products.
Working with trusted partners like GAIA, CIBUTEX, NewRetex, and TexLoop, we sort and process (via chemical and mechanical recycling) post-consumer materials into circular products, built to last, withstand repeated washing, and re-enter the loop again.
Each item includes a Digital Product Passport and Environmental Product Declaration for built-in traceability. With optional functional finishes like anti-odor and low microplastic release, we enable long-term wear and a significant reduction in carbon footprint by preventing unnecessary washing.
At the essence of what we do lies better use of materials. One of the ways in which we do so, is applying recycled content.
Re-Born is made with 65% recycled content, which helps us save valuable materials and avoid emissions. This product line is our most affordable, and fully recyclable after use.
The degree to which a product is circular depends on many factors. Re-Think makes use of the same recycled content as Re-Born, but goes a step further.
Re-Think cotton is pre-dyed with Fibre52 – a cleaner alternative to conventional dyeing, resulting in 26% less CO₂-emissions. A big step forward for sustainable textiles.
We also take measures to extend the use of products, as well as minimising the potential for releasing microfibers in the washing process.
Re-Active is our revolutionary product line that combines the positive impacts of recycled material use, Fibre52 pre-dyeing and biocide-free odour control. Our most sustainable product line.
